Time has come for me to move.. and well cant afford to take this car with me.
Cant have 2 cars where im moving so.. time has come to sell one of them...

Here is my 87 Crx...

its a Dx. model.. has Ice cold ac and its a 5-speed..

has 182,xxx original miles... yeah it sounds like allot but at 22 years old its not that bad.. around 82xx miles a year...

did a car fax on it and there is no reported accidents on it..

the body on the Car is super straight... there is no dents in the doors or the rear quarters...

Things i have replaced on the car...

Brand new head gasket..
Newer tires on 91 Prelude rims.
spark plugs and wires..
near tank Fuel filter..
New Air filter..
Full new oil and filter..

Car does have some damage to the plastics on it... Both door caps are cracked.. passenger is worse then the driver.. front mask (headerpanel) is gone... I rigged a Ek civic grill in the front with some zip ties..


Any ways..

Car runs very well.. but i would say the carb needs to be adjusted.. When the car is started in the morning or when the car is fully cold it will not idle by itself.. you have to pedal the gas to keep it running.. once the car is warmed up you can drive it any where..

if you are driving the car it will never stall when driving when the car is cold..

I have driven the car everywhere with no problems.. Car does not smoke... overheat or any driving problems.. Car drives straight and doesnt shake..

it also drives very very well on the Highway... i had it up to about 85mph and it was doing fine..

only other problem is the car is very underpowerd with the AC on.. Car is still fully driveable but is slow. it only had 75hp when it was new..


Car has full interior a little beat up but its all there... driver seat is wrecked... passenger seat is dirty.. carpet is also dirty... i dont have a shampooer or i would do it myself..

I put the rare rear speaker panels in there and they are faded i have the original ones if you want to change it back..

Front door panels were destroyed around the speaker holes by the previous owner to make 6x9s fit... had to kinda rig a pair of 5x8s in there...

Also have rear coil overs for it that will go with the car.

Clutch in the car is very good and is fully drivable.. Also brakes fully work and stop the car great..
