uhh best bet with building a KA-t is rebuilding the ka,and using low compression pistons, forged internals etc etc. unless its uber lower miles..
the stock rods are good for low boost, only thing you need to worry about is the stock piston rings. SR manifolds wont work with out modification, plus their stock manifolds are bottom mount.. and when you get them modified to work for a ka they are really likely to crack..
im guessing your not going for crazy numbers, a t25 is small for a 2.4L, a t28 would be a better bet, and also use atleast SR 370cc injectors. walboro 255 lph is a good pump..
