daily driver civic f/s need gone asap

This car was going to be my daily driver but i need money to get a house
keep all negative comments out of here No trades need to sell asap

The good:
Rebuilt motor
Does not smoke,leak,burn
Brand new rings,bearings,valve seals,gaskets
New timing belt
New plugs,and wires
NEw cap and Rotor
All new hoses
custom valve cover

Eg seats
6 cd changer
Si tailights
Si exhuast-(i was told not 100 % sure)
Wiring for system ready

The bad:
dx model
no ac
comes wit steelies
tires are not the greatest-might be slapping some on
No rpm guage
A few dents but only noticable up close
Passenger side window not workin-In the process of being fixed
Black bumper-Might be painting it

Asking price: 3000 obo
No trades throw any reasonable offers
