ok look up " gimpshop " its a freeware version of photoshop, it has literlly EVERY botton photoshop has, its totally free and LEGAL, and they update it like once/twice a month!!
thats what i use and its layout is 99% the same as p.s.
the official site is like plasticbugs.com or something but any site will prbly have it!!!!!!!!
