About how much HP and Torque should I expect to get out of a 2000 1.8T's stock internals? Mainly the rods. It's an ATC code motor on an Audi TT.

I was looking at getting a Big ass turbo upgrade on it and I REALLY don't want to have to replace some innards on that car, the engine bay is virgin tight...
