everyone have theyre opinion yes if you work full body parts everyday thats a nono .
but you can still train a solid week and still have rest.
ill keep my schedulle for a 10 week plan according to my trainer .
change to 5 days a week after.

in 10 weeks i should be able to lift 300 and go 5 round without running out of juice .
