At around 1:30PM yesterday he was officially declared brain dead. His diagnosis was already a terminal brain bleed the night of the incident. If you're guessing that he was not wearing a lid, you'd be correct. Could it have saved him, judging by the circumstances of the accident one would be inclined to agree with that.

He was taken off the ventilator at around 6PM yesterday once his parents arrived to see him. They both live out of state. Medical staff at TGH essentially kept him alive long enough for his parents to see him. That is when he expired.

The most messed up thing about it was that Wednesday night a bunch of us were out for another girl's birthday party in the Hyde Park area at The Deck and The Dubliner trying to be strong for everybody. Just the week prior himself and his girlfriend were out there too with us. It was just strange not to see the two of them out with us as usual.

His bike was actually sitting for a couple months and he actually just got his R6 running again that same day of the accident as it had a faulty fuel pump.

RIP Will... You will be missed.
