Customer service sucks too

AEBS's sleeves are bout damn near bullet proof, but expect to pay for them. Being they close the deck, unlike GEM, they will cause the motor to run warmer (i hesitate to say hotter), hence due to that and price I rank GEM #1. Darton is exactly like AEBS, but I like to support the small guys and AEBS is a class act. RS Machine bit off of GEM's stuff and their cust service aint the greatest, so they are at the bottom but still very good.
Benson has recently fired all of his machinist and have undertaken all the block work on his own...
His machinist were cutting corners when fitting the sleeves into the blocks and a result were dropped sleeves...Customer Service is gonna suffer even more now since the workforce is down to only a few and Benson himself is the only sleeve guy...
Papadakis uses Benson Machine Shop Exclusively for his block work and Benson uses Darton Sleeves Exclusively...Right now, Benson is running a $900 Special on Darton Sleeves in any Honda Block with the notching as standard to prevent dropping sleeves and O-Ringing as an option...

AEBS blocks are running $1300 plus core for their BulletProof Bottom End...

I note your experience with Benson's Blocks and I think you will be more satisfied with his current quality control
practices...
