just an idea here....

but i think you should put nuts and bolts in a few of the spot weld holes to further reinforce the front end. believe it or not but not having it properly secured will allow your front end to twist, bend, and do all sort of wonky things. and your front end lines wont hold very well either.

its a STRUCTURAL part of the front end and should be reinstalled accordingly.
