hey people, got a 97 accord and been having issues with the headlights. went out the other night so i went ahead and replaced the low beam. now both the high beam and low beam are very dim and any time i give more power to the lights (turning on brights) the bulbs both go out. any advice someone can give? my best guess were bad grounds because the fuses seemed perfect. thanks in advance.
