you will need a Vtec head"b16,gsr"what ever one you can find cheaper..then buy the lsvtec dowel pins"11bucks"a felpro headgasket autozone"45bucks"vtec oil line from the oil pump"20bucks"tapping the head 4$ for the tap,33cents for the plug"acehardware" then you can do all the other stuff you said..but i would go with b16 pistons not TypeR so you dont have to machine the rods they press right on and some arp rod bolts..and you typeR cams if all done right should put you in the 170whp maybelil more range
