Window weld, some time, and a drill will work wonders. Use the drill to drill holes into the window weld and old rubber, once dry, to make the mount a little softer. The more holes you drill, the more flexable the mount is, and the more flexable the mount is, the less it will vibrate. And no to the ES inserts because of the zipties, they do break.
