dont do it...theyre just zip tied in...if you want a real mount insert go to home depot and buy a $5 tube of polyeurethane chimney sealer...tape the bottom of the mounts closed and fill it up. one tube will do all 3 torque mounts, (you need a 99 cent caulking gun) and it will take 2 or 3 days to dry...ive done it many times and it does vibrate a lil but what do you expect from raceing style mounts? the energy ones do vibrate too...until the zip ties break that is (about 5 or 6 months). i just pull one mount off at a time and the car will drive fine with one torque mount missing.

ive heard that this stuff called "window weld" that the part store sells will do the same thing and dry in a few hours but its $20 a tube so ive never tried it.



also if you do this, dont try and tape a piece of cardboard to the bottom because it will stick and your mount will look like ass. i have successfully used wax paper and cardboard taped to the bottom, it keeps the flat shape better than tape can. you will have to cut a hole in it though.
