I did a bunch of research into this area and found the Brian Crower cams and the Skunk2 cams to be the best on the market. I picked up a set of used BC0012's a month back for a good price. You should be able to find some nice used Skunk2s without a problem. Browse Honda-Tech, as they are pretty much nation wide, meaning you can pretty readily get your hands on some nice used cams. Just ask for real detailed pics before pay-paling the money!!
