You can probably fine local diesel truck rebuilders to do it for less than 300 bucks, or even give the GoldFarb & associates guys a ring. If you get it rebuilt get the billet wheel.

I recently picked up a 56mm 6blade billet wheel Hx40 for 200bucks. It spins freely also and doesnt visually have any damage on the blades, nor any noticeable shaft play.
