Arrow Motor Build Up!

I am going to start building a turbo B-series motor...I am not sure which motor setup to run though..Either a B18a/b or B16a2 or a B18c1... My power goal is 400whp..

As the tranny wise. I want to go with a gsr tranny.. I have heard that the ls tranny has too long of gears for boost and the si tranny has the shortest gears good for all motor wise..Is there anyhing that needs to be done to the tranny like limited slip etc....?

For the block I am going to get it Golden Eagle Sleeved with pistons and rods..Should I use Eagle, Crower, Pauter etc rods??
For pistons should I use Je or Wiseco etc?? What else needs to be done to the block to handle this hp??

For the head, from what I have heard the it does not need to be build up..Is this true, if not What needs to be done??I am going to run a JG Edlebrock or Skunk2 Intake manifold...Also what kind of fuel do I need to run..I am going to be running Hondata..The turbo will be a turbonetics t3-t4 with a 60-1, How much hp can that put out......Let me know whatever I need to know...

Thanks, George
