Default Downpipe repair

I have a turbo'd RSX and my system is running lean but according to my datalog my fuel delivery is looking fine. So I think I may have an exhaust leak where the downpipe and turbo meet that is causing this lean code. I have a 5 bolt flange and only have 4 bolts in now due to one of the holes on the turbo being damaged. I bought the turbo used and that one hole was probuably nicked up during the de-installation by the previous owner. I was wondering if someone can PM me a price fix this by mounting a stud into the turbo or tapping the hole so I can use a standard bolt like the other 4? It is one of the holes at the top of the flange.
