This means that if you ride with an open-face helmet, you are accepting only 65% of the protection that could be available to your head.
I just want to interject in ya'll penis swinging contest with that. I can count on one hand the amount of times I hopped on a bike without my full face...sp yeah, I can empathize with liking the wind on my face from those few times. But it still makes it a bad idea.
