Enlighten me as I plan to flange the pipe and muffle it once the car is on the road. What have I done that is so bad here?

This isn't a slap-dash build even if it is low budget. I know the nay-sayers will say that one shouldn't have to fabricate anything for a daily driver but screw that...it's my way and this isn't my first rodeo.
