Those so called "techs" might wanna go back and check the NMRA rule book lol.
The rule book states that "all racers competing should follow the NHRA safety guidelines as outlined in their offical rulebook as a minimum to ensure legality."
So according to that statement....if they are following NHRA safety rules (like they should be) that battery switch is not legal.
