some people might laugh but get the cheapo aluminum looking header gaskets. notch the holes (cut the bottom out to look like a c)
loosen your headers bolts but don't take them out. carefully drop the gaskets down onto the bolts. tighten. I've done it a million times and it always seems to work unless you have a really warped header.
