Chris, how wild are you going to go with the 302? Are you ever planning on stroking it to 347? If so, then you will want a 750. If not, then go with the 650. It'll handle the 200 shot no problem.

I run a 302 in my 95 Cobra. It's FI.....Every time I get into my 67 mustang, I go to a carbed 302. I absolutely LOVE my carbed car. WAY more than my FI car. Now, my carbed motor ran best with an Edelbrock Preformer RPM cam and intake set up with some worked heads. My FI motor I can't hardly do crap to because of the year of the car. (94-95 computers are hard to deal with)

You may be able to make some money off selling the FI stuff and converting to carb. What year fox is it?
