I've been to this place plenty, mostly as a kid in the late 80s. My brother and I got up on the 5th floor, but I don't remember it being really run down or anything, just hot as hell (it's on the top + no A/C, so that makes sense) and not quite as kept-up as the rest of the place.

I remember one or two places where there's a door that opens up to a blank wall, or a staircase that climbs up to nothing, like they added on and just blocked parts up. Is it still like that?
