Wouldn't be that hard. Cut all the edges off the donor fender by about 1". Weld top edge over the stock fender about 1" lower than before. Massage the fender until the new lip is about even height-wise with the old one. Weld up the rest. Remove the inner fender overlap.
Repeat with rear quarters.
