I've owned a car club, turned it into a small business, and then defunct the business to turn it back into a car club. We had friends that were in other clubs, we had people that we couldn't make happy in our club, so they went to other clubs, but at the end of the day, all that mattered - was we were all gearheads looking to better ourselves, our rides, and the gearhead community. We put on bbq's, shows, fundraisers, and we did them as friends, as families even. We helped bury a beloved member of our club by doing fundraisers for his family when he passed away; these were the things that brought me to the "Club" - and we were a great club, but it just gets too hard w/o any funding to keep it up and running successfully. So when I decided to take my money and invest it into a business instead.... Well, you get the idea... I consider my Ford Tech gaggots to be about all the "Club" I can handle, lol.
