I have the head pulled off of my ka right now due to a blown headgasket, the owner b4 me had a custom exhaust welded on, in the process of welding it they partially melted the internals of the cat and caused it to clog up. Suxor. I know as a last resort I can hammer the cat out but Id rather just replace it as a whole cause it sounds like crap.
