#8 isn't fouled at all, but there was that pool of coolant in the spark plug well again. I think that is the problem. I would bet that the intake has a leak and that is why it ran well after I changed the plugs but slowly got worse as I drove it and it got hot. If that plug wire is submerged in coolant, it would give me a slight misfire, no? There is a wee bit of moisture around the intake in that area as well.
Yup, I ran it with the #8 coil pack disconnected and it ran about the same. Then I reconnected it and disconnected another and it ran worse. So I'm thinking I need a gasket and a coil pack.
