I would agree. Your car would have to really be on the ragged edge to have any potential harmful effects. The most you would only lose a few hp, easily fixed with a new tune, like he said.

@ nearly 400whp @ 30psi on my .50 trim, WAY outside it's efficiency range, and running 90% duty cycle @ 4bar(Stock is 3 bar) there is no difference on that identical setup from the last year worth of fuel changes.
