this is exactly what it says on the paper...


drive shaft shop h series axles.
over the years the h series axles have been prone to having inner boot failur due to the extreme angle they have to run at. we have left the small clamp loose so you can adjust the boot to the proper spot so the boot does not fail.
first you will need an end cutter style set of pliers, with the axle install in the car and the weight on the suspension (as it would sit on the street) adjust the boot so none of the boot ribs touch.

then with the end cutter pliers crimp the square ends of the clamp, make sure you don't over clamp it the sides that come together should not meet in the center. they should have about 1/8" in between the clamped end
