Hondata is also a good thing.
I believe this motor is a Single cam, Toda does not make products for SOHC applications.
Hondata does not have an application for an accord ECU, he would need to use like a P28. I am not sure however if there is anything weird about the motor that the p28 wouldn't be able to control.
