dave didnt have 19 charges, he had 1 and it was for a b.s. driving a motorcycle with no endorsement so they violated him for that cause he was on probation for a prior b.s. charge leaving the scene of an accident when he wasnt competent enough to know what he was doing when he did it, its a case of not enough money to hire a good lawyer and sticking with a public defender which you will always get screwed in the long run...
