Question I'm looking to BUY rims!!!

I prefer 16" or smaller Nooo 17's
With tires please, need these asap.
Whatever, as long as they are 4x100 lug ,Clean LS Mesh, Steelies I'll pay $75,
Hx's I'll pay $400 if they are clean. Show me what you got!!!!
