Do you really know all the facts in the case? I don't... I'm sure you don't eitheir. One thing you have to understand accidents do happen. If the person that causes a fatal crash doesn't mean they go to jail unless there being reckless or meant to cause the crash. Now imagine you, by some chance made a turn in front of another vehicle and caused a fatal crash. Now do you think you should go to jail.... I didn't think so...
