well i know someone who has a set of 10 hole's. he dont want much for them but there's no tire's. i can see how much he wants for them and if it's cheap enough for you then you can put the tires i have on then and be set. i didnt need a mounting macanicle thingy mo bobber i just pulled the tires off my self so shouldnt take you to long. just trying to help.
