One cop pulled over and got tickets, the other cop booked and ran from the cops. Then his buddy ratted him out, cops went to the guys house who ran and he went to jail.
his buddy didnt rat him out, he refused to tell the officer who he was riding with, until a Lieutenant stepped in, and i guess when your career is riding on answering this man you do as he says. The kid was 21, he just ended his police career.
