By the way the point I was making with the Blown up civics was that any jerk who runs their car with blatant disreguard for the longevity of their vehicle can easily blow it up. Doesnt matter what kind of car it is.
Damn good point. Adding boost (whether turbo or supercharger) complicates the tuning process and narrows your margin of error. For those who get overzealous with the boost and think nothing of fuel requirements and engine integrity (head gasket rods pistons etc.) there are going to be major failures. True for any manufacturor...
