it was a snowball effect. people could get the money from the banks, so the prices could go that hight. by the end you were buying a 100k house for 300k and could only affored a 75k house.


just save up and buy something used. you will be happier in the long run. because really, we have like 2 more years of everything taking a shit. you may just loose your job and be stuck with a bike you can't affored when you already have one now.

after shit recovers, haveing good credit will be a very good thing since most poeple will have went bust by then.
