" All dealers must stop selling kids motorcycles aimed at riders under 12 years old. It is a law passed by congress based on lead content. This law was intended to get rid of lead paint in kids toys which all the manufacturers have been complying with for years now. However there are still trace amounts of lead in the crankcases themselves. Because of this, any model directed at children under 12 years old will not be for sale after this saturday."
