everyone i've ever had to do you've had to cut it out. its usually real thin plastic and if you look close theres usually 4 points of thicker plastic and the rest u can deffinatly cut with just a sharper blade. I can't find any directions to help you out on isis though. But i'd be willing to put money on you have to cut it out since honda never really changes anything.
