The main problem you'll have is the intake manifold center bolt holes, the TBI manifold will have them setup for 87+ heads, which the bolts go almost straight up and down, you've likely got earlier heads, so they are at a good angle, you can do some ghetto engineering and make it bolt on.

As long as you've got holes in the front of the heads for accessories, your front dress will bolt on.

You'll likely lose power if I had to guess, because your ecu is tuned for the existing engine, and things arent going to be the same.
