Phone line? My utec had a serial port on it........you get a serial to USB connector and plug it into laptop. Open hyperterminal and setup the settings per the UTEC manual. Call out to the UTEC and the UTEC data logger home screen. After that it is super easy my friend. Sometimes the home screen doesn't come up automatically , in that case hit escape and it should pop up.....also
