Wow, that is a brilliant way for Ford to get some quality control and feedback without doing something illegal. A little while back, they got in trouble for "spying on people" who bought Town Car's and shit because the car would contact the dealership or something and they'd call the owner to schedule the maintenance it needed.

Somehow, the way BMW and whoever else does it makes it more "complimentary" and legal now.
