i use on occasions for large shows so my multi-day cleaning doesnt get messed up by bugs/grime on the way to the show but i other then thats its too much work for every highway trip

as for it eating paint, 3m is very strong but can leave a residue or mark in the clear. I choose the cheaper no-name brands as they do not stick as well but for a day drive to the show it works best
