guy slammed on his brakes like a moron to try to make the cop overshoot him
guy was said to smell of alcohol
the guy was not obeying orders
had a fuck hard time walking straight and standing
he got tased cause he ripped his hands from the grasp of the officer
the mom got detained because she became hostile toward the officers and was neutralized before she could possibly escalate the situation.
