well if you want to do it near by Skydive City is your best bet , BUT! if you want to do something with a beautiful scene goto Skydive Sebastian on the east coast of Florida, thats where I did 4 jumps before going to Z-Hills.

I have heard of group discounts but never THAT cheap for Tandem.
If you are Certified its about $20 a jump for Fuel cost etc.
