7psi is very unimpressive for a SR, but that's stock for yah. Turn it up to 10-12psi for some good street fun, and 14psi for racing. Either way, the boost is going to tapper back down to 10psi at redline due to the stock turbo not being able to flow enough air.

I ran a 14.46@98mph on 7psi, redtop, bolt ons, untuned, on street tires.
I did a 13.26@107mph on 14psi, redtop, bolt ons, untuned, on street tires.

Just doubling the boost will net you some good results. It's relatively safe since the motor will handle it and the MAF should be efficient enough to adjust the air/fuel somewhat to compensate for the increase in boost pressure.

You can do it for $5 with a manual boost controller, then run that Integra again and see where you stand.
