You're right, but in order to justify the lofty price, pictures would help. I've gone to look at many a piece of shit that the owner swore up and down was a pile of gold. I'm not saying you're like that but it gets annoying to just look at plain text and paint a picture for myself. I'm far too busy to be driving all over creation to be let down. I could describe the Mona Lisa to you all day long but a picture says far more without a single word.

Plus, pictures aren't hard to post. Fire up a cell phone and shoot some or something.
