I've been doing research and it's owned by the actual city, all 125acres of it lol. It used to belong to "Milk-A-Way" farms until the city bought the land from them for 6.2 million in 2006.
Now it's classified as "grazing land" for what else, cows. lol. I figured if it was privately owned I could get permission to go out there whenever I want but I'm not even going to waste my time with the actual city, it would take forever to even get an answer back.
