She was saying an attorney will often time try to get the STATE to lower the offense. ie, taking your wheelie ticket and lessening it to a careless driving ticket. I would get in touch with some local attorneys and see if this is possible.
yep I've had a few careless turned into no seat belts back in the day.
What I'm thinking though is this law is so new they will be out to set some examples.
