Charges pending I hope...

I understand what happened here, the bike was screened by the turning car in front of it, but she still has an obligation to wait for the car that has right of way to turn, then make sure she is clear to turn herself. Saying she didn't see the bike because she was too impatient to wait her turn and confirm she was clear and instead turned in right behind the other turning car shouldn't matter in the slightest. Failure to yeild resulting in a fatality. This is another example of what I feel should be mandatory jail time.
